When does my plan start?
Most plans begin when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in Japan, not when you install it. Follow the activation note shown with your selected plan.
Can I keep my normal SIM in my phone?
Yes. Keep your regular SIM for calls and messages, and choose the iroiro eSIM for mobile data. Turn off mobile-data switching if you want to avoid accidental roaming.
Does this eSIM include a phone number?
No. These are data-only plans. Use internet calling and messaging apps for calls, and use a hotel phone or another voice line for emergency numbers.
What if I cannot get connected?
