Products and Terms of Sale

Item	Details
Product	Data-only eSIM for use in Japan (digital product)
Price	Displayed on each plan page in Japanese yen, inclusive of consumption tax. Pages in languages other than Japanese also show an approximate price converted into your currency.
Charges other than the price	Internet access charges needed to use the Service, and any exchange or foreign transaction fees set by your card issuer, are borne by the customer. If you choose to pay in your local currency at checkout, the exchange rate presented by Stripe includes a currency conversion fee (2–4%). We do not charge shipping or handling fees.
Payment method	Credit card (processed by Stripe). At checkout you can pay in your local currency or in Japanese yen. Any additional payment methods will be shown at checkout.
Payment timing	Charged at the time of order. The actual billing date depends on your card issuer's cycle.
Delivery timing	After payment is completed, the QR code and setup page link are sent to the email address you entered, usually within a few minutes. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, contact us at the email address above.

Returns and Cancellations

Returns and cancellations for customer reasons	Because an eSIM is a digital product and issuance begins immediately after payment, returns, cancellations, and refunds for customer reasons are not accepted once the eSIM has been issued. Cancellation is accepted only if you contact us after payment but before we have completed issuing the eSIM.
Refund eligibility	If the eSIM could not be issued, or the eSIM delivered was unusable from the outset, for reasons attributable to us, we will refund the full amount or an appropriate amount after checking the supplier's records.
Connection guarantee (purchaser benefit)	If the eSIM cannot connect in Japan on an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked device set up as we instruct, and our support cannot resolve it, we refund the full amount when you notify us within 7 days of payment. Usage is checked against the supplier's records. See Article 9-2 of the Terms of Service.
Reissue after device loss or damage (purchaser benefit)	If you ask while the original eSIM is still valid or before its activation deadline, we reissue an eSIM of the same plan once per order, free of charge. Validity starts again from the new eSIM's first connection in Japan.
Not eligible for refund	Device does not support eSIM or is carrier-locked; incorrect device settings; profile deleted after installation; unused data or validity; eSIM retired because it was not activated by its activation deadline; dissatisfaction with speed or signal at a specific location or time; wrong plan selected
Refund method	Refunded to the payment method used for the purchase. Timing depends on your card issuer.
Cooling-off	The cooling-off system does not apply to mail-order sales.

Requirements and Notes

Item	Details
Supported devices	eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked smartphones and tablets. Please check the device compatibility page on the Service before ordering.
Nature of the service	Data only. Cannot be used for voice calls, SMS, or emergency calls such as 110 or 119.
Unlimited plans	High-speed data is capped per day; speeds are reduced after the cap. Details are shown on each plan page.
Validity	Shown on each plan page and on the setup page. The validity period starts when the eSIM first connects in Japan, and the eSIM cannot be used after expiry. Each plan also has an activation deadline counted from the date of purchase (the period an eSIM can be kept without ever connecting: 180 days for Standard plans, 365 days for Unlimited plans). An eSIM that has not connected in Japan by then is retired by the supplier and cannot be used or refunded. Each plan's activation deadline is shown at checkout and on the setup page.
Connection quality	Speed and coverage vary by location, time, device, and signal conditions and are not guaranteed.
Quantity	One eSIM is issued per order.

Other

• Purchases intended for resale, transfer, or lending to third parties are not accepted.
